Jase has been a professional chef for 12+ years, working in kitchens around the world. He is a total nerd and loves nothing more than costing out your recipes, engineering menus for maximum profit and reducing wasted food, time and labor. Jase has been a restaurant consultant on over 10 projects, from formulating donut recipes to designing kitchen flow and writing standard operating procedures, he does it all. Jase also holds a Permaculture Design Certificate from Alderleaf Wilderness College, so if your dream is a farm to table restaurant, he can help you design it from the ground up.
